In Maastricht, Renske specialized in behavioral change. She then completed a second Master’s degree in Criminology. Although her work explaining criminal behavior led to an inspiring role at the Public Prosecution Service, she discovered her true passion: understanding work-related behavior. Why do people work the way they do, and how can work-related behavior be positively influenced?

This passion led to her certification in the world-renowned Getting Things Done methodology by the David Allen Company. She went on to deliver workshops and training sessions on productivity to numerous profit and non-profit organizations.

Today, she focuses on tailored one-on-one psychological coaching, considering the unique qualities and areas of improvement for each individual. This approach enhances both job satisfaction and team effectiveness.

Treatment methods

  • Developing personal strategies; tailored to each individual’s unique situation and characteristics is the core focus
  • Cognitive interventions; exploring the thoughts and beliefs that influence behavior
  • Practical; hands-on methods, including assignments, setting up specific software, and developing effective work habits or tailored productivity frameworks
  • Evidence-based; applying scientifically validated questionnaires where necessary
  • Effortless; you’ll receive summaries and reference materials, allowing you to fully focus on each conversation

For whom

Students and Young Professionals

Young adulthood and the start of your career are often intense periods filled with new experiences: moving out, building new friendships and professional relationships, finding your place in a team, and making decisions that shape your future. These transitions can be stressful, especially if managing pressure, setting boundaries, or balancing work and free time feels challenging. With years of experience and a specialization in supporting students and young professionals, I can help you navigate these challenges and regain control.

Entrepreneurs

Being an entrepreneur offers freedom and flexibility, but it also comes with unique challenges. The pressure of satisfying clients, making constant decisions, and bearing full responsibility can feel overwhelming. Many entrepreneurs struggle with perfectionism, high self-expectations, and the fear of failure or not meeting client demands. This can lead to procrastination or sticking to safe choices that hinder growth.

Additionally, juggling multiple roles makes it hard to maintain focus, often resulting in fragmentation and restlessness. With my experience in guiding entrepreneurs, I’ve helped many find clarity and balance, enabling them to channel their energy effectively and experience greater relaxation and fulfillment; both in their work and personal life.

Knowledge workers

For knowledge workers in employed roles, the workload can be intense: packed schedules, endless to-do lists, and a constant stream of emails and meetings often lead to a lack of clarity and control. As a result, many find themselves working reactively, with operational tasks and ad hoc requests consuming their energy and pushing their desire to make a meaningful impact to the background.

Finding time for focus, setting boundaries, and maintaining joy at work and personal growth become ever-greater challenges. With years of experience, I help knowledge workers create structure, set priorities, and manage their energy sustainably, so they can regain a sense of control, fulfillment and calm in their workday and career.
